Content
-	We accept original research articles, surveys, shorter applied papers on current issues ("Perspectives"), and book reviews.
Review process
-	All submitted articles are subject to a double-blind peer review process.
-	The turn-around time for a review is usually less than three months.
-	Papers may be rejected, returned for revision and resubmission, or accepted.
General requirements
-	Only unpublished papers not submitted elsewhere are acceptable.
-	There is no submission fee.
-	All articles must be written in English.
